INJECTION MOLDING

When the demands of your product exceed what "status quo" meets.

Injection Molding For a Variety of Applications

Materials

Injection molding is a forming process using molds. Materials such as synthetic resins (plastics) are heated and melted, and then sent to the mold where they are cooled to form the designed shape. Due to the resemblance to the process of injecting fluids using a syringe, this process is called injection molding.
We offer a variety of materials:
  • Nylon
  • Nylon Glass Filled
  • EPDM
  • Silicone
  • Rubber

Benefits

Injection molding offers many benefits as a high-volume manufacturing option.

  • Efficient high production. Once you have developed the moulds, the process is extremely fast with cycle times as short as 10 seconds.
  • Low cost per part.
  • Repeatability.
  • Large material choice.
  • Low waste.
  • High detail.
  • Little or no post processing.
  • Initial cost.

Moldings

We offer several different methods of molding. Including:

  • Injection molding
  • Plastic extrusions
  • Rubber extrusions
  • Compression molding
  • Transfer molding
